Mold opening process:
→1. The customer provides drawings and detailed information (it needs to be in STP format) or provides physical products (our company provides product copying services after the customer confirms the contract and pays, and the product is complex and requires an additional fee)
→2. Our company conducts evaluation and quotation
→3. Confirm the quotation
→4. The customer signs the contract and our company receives the first payment for the mold (50% deposit)
→5. Our engineering will provide technical support and negotiate with your company to optimize and improve the structure of the product map
→6. After both parties confirm that the drawings are correct, our company will provide a prototype (3D printing) for confirmation
→7. The customer confirms that it is correct (if you need to modify it, please submit it in time)
→8. Our company starts to order materials and start the design of mold structure
→9. The mold starts to process T0 (estimated 10-45 days, the mold cycle is determined according to the product structure and the number of open molds)
→10. Start the first trial T1, and propose revisions
→11. The second trial T2, and received the confirmation of the customer’s signature, otherwise continue to Tn
→12. The customer signs the sample back and pays the balance of the mold (50%)
→13. Start small batch production (100-1000PCS) according to the return signature template
→14. Confirm that the small batch is correct, start mass production according to the order (MOQ) (2-30 days), and need to pay a deposit (30%-50%)
→15. After the shipment is completed, notify the customer to inspect the product and pay the remaining payment
→16. Ship according to the transportation method selected by the customer, continue to follow up until the customer receives the shipment, and confirm that the shipment is ok

Shipping method:
1. By sea (25-50 working days)
2. By air (2-15 working days)
3. Rail transportation (15-40 working days)
4. Ground transportation (10-40 working days)

Payment ≤1500USD, 100% in advance. Payment> 1500 USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment
